The New Frame has ended
Come experience the work of 19 trailblazing experience designers from around the world. The third cohort of the Experience Design Certificate Program has spent the past year reimagining death rituals, community action, creative processes, reproductive justice, and responses to climate catastrophe. These unique interactive projects span 1-on-1 performance, collaborative cooking games, portraiture experiences, and interactive installation. Each piece is an invitation to cross the threshold into a new way of experiencing the world.

Led by Odyssey Works, the internationally-acclaimed group which has expanded the notion of experience design and famously made performances for an audience of one for more than two decades, the artists and designers of The New Frame will invite you to rethink the possibilities of design.

Love June is an immersive installation that examines the role of reproductive injustice in the lives of the American people. As you wander through June’s attic, you’ll get to know her by discovering her journal pages hidden amongst her belongings. In her entries, you’ll hear about college, cat ownership, chemistry tests, and her experiences getting reproductive healthcare. From sexual education to pregnancy and everything in between.June is more than a character, her stories represent the struggles of everyday people trying to access reproductive healthcare. Let’s honor the Junes in our lives and in ourselves together.
